Reception is open daily.
Summer: 8:30am – 8:30pm
Christmas Day: Shortened hours.
Check-in and Check-out times
Check-in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Late check-outs may be possible with prior arrangement.
If you are arriving later than 6:30pm, we ask that you contact our reception staff during office hours to make alternative check-in arrangements.

Deposits and Payments
A deposit of one night’s stay is required for all general bookings to secure your booking, with the remaining balance payable on arrival.
Groups - $1000 at the time of booking then the balance is payable 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Payments can be made via internet banking or by using a Visa or Mastercard.
The outstanding payment is required 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy: In the event of a cancellation the following will apply to all deposits paid.
COVID 19 - if a booking is needing to be cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions then all deposits will be refunded in full.
Peak and Public Holiday periods - no refund.
Group Bookings - $1000.00 non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking with the balance paid and numbers confirmed 14 days prior to arrival.
All other periods - free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival.
No refund given if the booking is cancelled within 14 days of your arrival.
All nights booked are payable on arrival
No refund will be given for early departure due to weather conditions
Grace Period ( 12 hour free cancellation if the booking is made and cancelled within a 12 hour period )
Minimum stay periods may apply to weekends, public holidays and peak season and major events. Management reserves the right to alter tariffs without notice. Tariffs may change depending on availability and occupancy.
Child ages are 2 to 14 years inclusive - where child rates are offered. Children under 2 year old stay free.
Dogs are accepted during our off peak periods only at the discretion of Management.
Roofed Accommodation - we have cabin accommodation using shared facilities available that are dog friendly on request only. These are bookable at reception only (not online) and at the discretion of Management.
Powered and Non-Powered Sites are dog friendly. This is within allocated areas at the discretion of management.
Dog friendly spaces are available between 1st May till 30th November with exception of events and peak periods.
Dogs must be on a lead at all times and to be kept away from all communal areas.
(There is a great dog park available for off-lead exercising down the end of Wordsworth Street in Leamington. Please ask for directions at reception).
We ask that all guests restrict their noise level after 10.00pm and before 7.00am. No music or radios after 10.00pm. Alcohol must only be consumed on sites booked to guests. Cambridge Top 10 Holiday Park reserves the right to refuse entry and/or request termination of booking without refund regarding disorderly conduct.
Guests staying at Cambridge TOP 10 Holiday Park will be liable and take full responsibility for any damage and or/breakages incurred during their stay and the cost of repairs.
Data Use Terms and Conditions
When you register or give us personal information when making a reservation with us, it will be held on the TOP 10 Holiday Park Group central database. Your personal details will then be able to be accessed by TOP 10 Holiday Parks Central Office and other TOP 10 Holiday Parks if you are making a reservation with them. Cambridge TOP 10 will not, except as required by law, share this information with any other third parties without your permission.
Cambridge TOP 10 and/or the TOP 10 Central Office may send out periodic emails informing you of special offers, updated information and new services. You will always have the opportunity to unsubscribe to these communications.
