Reception Hours
Reception is open daily.
8:30am – 6.30pm
Christmas Day: Shortened hours.
Check-in and Check-out times
Check-in time for roofed accommodation is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Late check-outs may be possible with prior arrangement.
Sites: we welcome sites to check in any time after midday.
Late Check-in
If you are arriving later than 6:30pm, we ask that you contact our reception staff during office hours to make alternative check-in arrangements.

Deposits and Payments
A deposit of one night’s stay is required for all general bookings to secure your booking, with the remaining balance payable on arrival.
Groups - $1000 at the time of booking then the balance is payable 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Payments can be made via our reception or using the link on the deposit request.
Cancellations
Cancellation policy: In the event of a cancellation the following will apply to all deposits paid.
Standard Rate: Fully refundable up until 14 days of arrival. No refund given if the booking is cancelled/amended within 14 days of your arrival.
Flexi Rate: fully refundable up until 24hours of arrival.

Large Group Bookings - All bookings will be secured with a $1000 deposit. The $1000.00 deposit becomes non-refundable within 3 months of arrival. The balance of the booking to be paid and numbers confirmed 14 days prior to arrival.

Grace Period (5 hour free cancellation if the booking is made and cancelled within a 5 hour period)
Minimum stay/tariffs
Minimum stay periods may apply to weekends, public holidays and peak season and major events. Management reserves the right to alter tariffs without notice. Tariffs may change depending on availability and occupancy.
Child Ages
Child ages are 2 to 14 years inclusive - where child rates are offered. Children under 2 year old stay free.
Pet Policy
Dogs are accepted at management discretion only. We do not accept dogs during school holidays, peak periods, events and public holidays.
We have allocated powered sites available all year round except for peak periods and some events throughout the year.
Dogs must be on a lead at all times and to be kept away from all communal areas.
(There is a great dog park available for off-lead exercising down the end of Wordsworth Street in Leamington. Please ask for directions at reception).
Conduct
We ask that all guests restrict their noise level after 10.00pm and before 7.00am. No music or radios after 10.00pm. Alcohol must only be consumed on sites booked to guests. Cambridge Top 10 Holiday Park reserves the right to refuse entry and/or request termination of booking without refund regarding disorderly conduct.
Indemnity
Guests staying at Cambridge TOP 10 Holiday Park will be liable and take full responsibility for any damage and or/breakages incurred during their stay and the cost of repairs.
Data Use Terms and Conditions
When you register or give us personal information when making a reservation with us, it will be held on the TOP 10 Holiday Park Group central database. Your personal details will then be able to be accessed by TOP 10 Holiday Parks Central Office and other TOP 10 Holiday Parks if you are making a reservation with them. Cambridge TOP 10 will not, except as required by law, share this information with any other third parties without your permission.
Cambridge TOP 10 and/or the TOP 10 Central Office may send out periodic emails informing you of special offers, updated information and new services. You will always have the opportunity to unsubscribe to these communications.
